Settle this once and for all: pork roll or Taylor ham? Asked by hec_does_ac · Sep 1
Had a new guy from Bergen on my crew this week call it Taylor ham at the Wawa and the whole counter went quiet lol. I'm from Gloucester County, it's pork roll, I'll die on this hill. Winter's coming and we need this settled before the on-call rotation starts. Go.

Mentor My father called it Taylor ham, I call it Taylor ham, my nephew in Hamilton calls it pork roll and we don't talk about it at Thanksgiving.
Taylor ham. Been calling it that for 50 years. Not changing now.

Mentor Monmouth here and honestly we're the DMZ. I say pork roll at the shore and Taylor ham when I'm working up north so nobody throws anything at me.
